Women on Women's day "Rise and Shine"

 

                   Rise and shine                               

 

In the scared pages I may not be kept,

Throughout life in agony I may weep

To ditch me in damp spaces, many may do

But remember, I am typhoon, like the dust I will rise and shine.

 

For whose sake I am less enough?

In the eyes of almighty am I –

Or the gaudy rich man, more important?

Why not? I am women and I will still rise to rule and shine.

 

Countless prejudices came crushing on me,

For who said I am a woman “she must be quiet”?

History deterred me and my women of the species;

Now shall it not! Akin hawk I will rise to rule and shine

 

Politicians, policy makers and who are you as a man?

A men who bars women’s strength, I shall break free

For the sun dispels the earthly darkness in solicitude

Akin the sun, with women’s strength I shall rise and shine

 

Choose to take challenge; my women, be the change!

Collectively we shall put women’s history, blame and a shame

For women’s are the epitome of strength and new beginning,

So must I; a woman ‘Rise and shine’

For all the women's' who is up and facing the world beave and strong, you are the strength to every ounces of energy the mother earth has.
